Recipe Ingredients: 1/4 c Packed dark brown sugar
1 ts Low cal margarine
1 tb Cornstarch
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Skim milk
3 tb Chopped pecans, toasted Cooking Directions: Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until margarine melts. Serve warm.
