Recipe Ingredients: 1 lb Ground beef
10 oz Tomatoes and green chili (ro-tel)
1 pk Taco seasoning
1 pk Flour tortillas
3 c Shredded lettuce
8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c Sliced green onions
1 1/2 c Taco sauce
Cooking Directions: Brown meat & drain. Stir in tomatoes, green shilis and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon 1/3 c. onto a tortills; fold like burrito. Secure with a toothpick; fry in 1 inch of oil, then drain, repeat until mixture is used. Top with lettuce, cheese onions, and taco sauce as desired.
