Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 c Shredded Red Cabbage
1/2 c Shredded Green Cabbage
1 md Carrot, Pared, Grated
1/4 c Low Fat Yogurt
1/4 ts Ground Cumin
1/8 ts Salt
1 pn Fresh Ground Pepper
Cooking Directions: Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Serve at once or refrigerate and serve cold
