Recipe Ingredients: 2/3 Cup Butter or margarine
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1-1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
3 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Unsweetened cocoa
2/3 Cup Sauerkraut, well-drained and
Cooking Directions: Cream together butter & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with water. Stir in saurkraut. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins til done, in greased & floured pans. Fill & frost with whipped cream.
