Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
2 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Plain flour
2 Sticks margarine
4 Tablespoon Cocoa
1 Cup Water
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Soda
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Chocolate Fudge Icing:
4 Tablespoon Cocoa
1 Stick margarine
6 Tablespoon Milk
1 Box powdered sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

 
Cooking Directions:
Sift sugar and plain flour together in a large bowl. Mix together margarine, cocoa, and water in boiler and bring to boil. Pour this mixture over the flour and stir well. Add eggs, and soda dissolved in buttermilk. Mix well. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well by hand and pour into a greased 9x13" pan. (Glass pan is best.) Bake at 400'F. for 20-25 minutes.
