Recipe Ingredients: 1/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 Cups Skim Milk
1 Egg
I tbsp. Butter or Margarine
Cooking Directions: 1. Mix sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan. 2. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. 3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Beat egg in small bowl. 6. Stir 1 cup of pudding into the egg, stirring constantly. 7. Blend egg mixture back into remaining pudding. 8. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes.
