Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Red hot candy
3 Cup Boiling water
2 Cup Apple sauce
1 Large Box cherry Jello
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
Dash Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped nuts
Topping:
8 Ounce Cream cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
Cooking Directions: Dissolve gelatin and candy in boiling water, stir in apple sauce, lemon and salt. Chill until partially set. Add nuts. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Allow to set. TOPPING: Blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Spread on top of Jello.
