Cinnamon Frosting Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb. Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup melted margarine
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg white

 
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy, 2 to 4 minutes, on medium speed. Scrape bowl once. Makes enough to frost tops and sides of two 8 or 9-inch layers. Good on applesauce or Spice cake
